SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping within the U.S (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) on orders over $100. We offer complimentary international shipping for orders over 150 USD.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with shipping confirmation. If you do not
receive a tracking number within 1-3 business days, please check your spam folder before emailing us. Orders are shipped from California, USA. For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs charges.
Our business days are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm PT (excluding weekends and holidays)


Returns

We only accept returns for damaged or defective towels. Please email us with your order number and an attached image of the damage within 4 days of receiving. Replacements, store credit, or refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed. Shipping, handling charges, and sales tax are
non-refundable. Allow about 7-10 business days for processing returns.


EXCHANGES

All exchange requests must be made within 4 days of receiving your order. Please email us your order number,
the item(s) you're returning, and the item you'd like in exchange.

All items(s) for exchange must be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed. Once your item(s) are
received, inspected and approved, you will receive a separate email containing your exchange information.
If approved, exchange will be processed. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs.


SALE ITEMS

Please note that all items on sale are final purchases. Sample sale purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
We cannot offer discounts retroactively, and discounts cannot be combined.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

In many cases, packages marked as delivered but not received are a tracking error and the shipment will arrive within 10 business days. On occasion, packages may be stolen or delivered incorrectly. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if for some reason your package has not shown up within 7 days of being marked as “delivered,’
please contact us so we may further assist you in finding the package at our best efforts.

If an item is returned to us because of an incomplete/incorrect address and it needs to be reshipped, we charge a $10 reshipping fee for domestic orders, and $20 for international orders. Please ship your item to a safe and reliable location.


DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

In the event of a damaged or defective item, please email us with your order number and an attached image of the damage within 7 days of receiving. Replacements, store credit, or refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis.


PAYMENT

We accept all major debit and credit cards and payments via Paypal. Please contact us if you are having transaction issues.
