-Shipping Fees?
We offer free standard shipping within the U.S (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) on orders over $100. We offer complimentary shipping for orders over 150 USD.
-Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If you are having technical difficulties ordering from a location outside of the US, please contact us at hi@yourpluffy.com.
-Duties and Taxes?
Taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Taxes are nonrefundable.
Our orders ship out of California,USA. Any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed are the responsibility of the customer.
-How long does shipping take?
All orders may require 1-3 business days of processing once your order is placed. Please note that we do not process or ship during weekends and holidays. Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery time is between 3-10 business days. Business days are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm PT (excluding weekends and holidays)
-How long does shipping take?
You will receive a tracking link sent to via email once your order is confirmed and shipped.
-What if my order has been marked as delivered but I have not received it?
All mail carriers are currently experiencing delays due to Covid-19. If you have received a delivery confirmation email but you cannot locate your package, we have found that the following situations are always the case:
*A neighbor or roommate accepted the package on your behalf
*The postal carrier left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen
*The postal carrier marked the package as delivered but for some reason the package did not make it off the truck(and will be delivered the next day)
If you still cant find the package, please double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation email to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address. Because of how frequently the scenarios above have been known to happen, we require a 7 day waiting period after a package is marked “delivered” before considering it to be lost. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if for some reason your package has not shown up within 7 days of being marked as “delivered,’ please contact us at hi@yourpluffy.comn so we may further assist you in finding the package at our best efforts.
